General Shipping and Handling

We aim to ship the majority of our orders within 4 business days of receiving them. For most customers in the continental United States, orders shipped via Ground typically arrive within 10 business days from the shipment date. If an item is out of stock, you'll receive an email notification within 24 hours of placing your order, so you're always in the know.

Free Shipping Details

We offer free ground shipping on online orders with a merchandise total of $125 or more. Please note that this offer applies after any promotions and discounts, and taxes and shipping charges don’t count toward the minimum purchase requirement. Certain orders may not qualify for free shipping, including those requiring customization, oversized or overweight items, multiple shipments, or items shipped from a location other than our main distribution center. Free shipping is available for orders shipped to a single U.S. address within the contiguous United States, including U.S. postal addresses, P.O. boxes, APO, and FPO addresses.

Determining Charges

We believe in fair and transparent shipping charges. We'll combine items to minimize "dead weight," and we'll waive any additional fees if your order ships from multiple locations. You can choose from three shipping options in most cases: Standard (Ground), 2-Day, and Overnight, ensuring flexibility for your needs.

We ship to street addresses, Post Office Boxes (via U.S. Postal Service), and military APO/FPO addresses (also via U.S. Postal Service). Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam will incur an additional shipping charge.

Shipment Types and Timeframes for Delivery

Our shipping times depend on the type of item you order, the time it leaves our warehouse, and the shipping option you choose. We count business days only, combining processing time with actual shipping time to provide an accurate delivery estimate.

• Ground Shipping In-Stock: Leaves our warehouse within 4 business days and arrives within 10 business days.
• 2-Day Shipping In-Stock: Orders placed before noon Eastern Time leave the same day and arrive within 2 business days; after noon, they leave the next business day and arrive within 2 days.
• Overnight Shipping In-Stock: Orders placed before noon Eastern Time leave the same day and arrive the next business day; after noon, they leave the next business day and arrive the following business day.

Note: Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times, especially for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Back-Ordered Shipping

Back-ordered items will be shipped within 4 business days of restocking, using the shipping method you selected with your original order. Again, delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may experience delays due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping Restrictions on Items

Certain items, such as rocket engines and hazardous materials, can only be shipped via ground or surface transportation and are restricted from being sent to locations like Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, and APO/FPO addresses.
