Returns & Exchanges

At 37°N, we stand behind the quality and durability of our gear, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right. You can return or exchange any item within 90 days of purchase, as long as you have a valid receipt. After 90 days, we’ll consider returns for items that show defects due to materials or craftsmanship. Your adventures should be worry-free, and so should your shopping experience.

How to Return Online Purchases by Mail

Returning an item is easy. Simply fill out the Return/Exchange Section on the back of your Order/Shipping Receipt. If you need to reorder, complete the Reorder Form included with your receipt and send it back with your return package. For any questions, you can reach us at 1-800-323-0736.

Shipping Your Returns/Exchanges

Pack up your item securely and send it back using the shipping carrier of your choice. Make sure to insure your package for the full value of the merchandise being returned and keep your shipping receipt until your return is processed.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. Once processed, we’ll refund the value of the merchandise and any taxes you were charged, excluding delivery and handling fees. Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles.

Special Considerations

To protect all our customers and ensure fairness, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in certain situations, such as:

  • Products damaged by misuse, abuse, or improper care.
  • Products showing excessive wear and tear.
  • Items that have been soiled, contaminated, or have missing labels.
  • Customized or made-to-order items.

Refund Policy

We’ll refund your purchase in the original method of payment. For example, credit card purchases will be refunded to the same card. If you paid by check, we’ll send a refund check within 14 business days. Gift returns within 90 days of purchase can be exchanged for a merchandise credit, provided you have a gift receipt. If you don’t have a receipt, we’ll issue a merchandise credit for the lowest price the item was offered in the last 12 months.
